Hello! My name is Krista Heller and I am so happy you are here. You are taking the first step of exploring and improving YOU. I am a Social Worker and Psychotherapist with great passion and drive to help people navigate their lives through change. Change could include personal struggles, relationships, and general growth. I take a Person-Centered approach using a lot of thought-changing techniques to improve or change behaviors. I truly believe in meeting a person where they are at. My ideas and my experiences are just that, mine. With that being said, your ideas and experiences are yours. I want to learn about you and your wants, desires, passions, motivations, and future goals.
Many adults are finding their executive functioning (oftentimes classified with ADHD) is not where it needs to be, so learning the tools to help navigate this will prove useful. If you’ve been struggling with this or with sadness, a sense of loss, confusion, focus and attention, overwhelm or overstimulation, if your children or child is struggling and you’re unsure of how you can help – Contact me and we will see if we are a good fit.

Brittany Collins, MSW, LCSWA
Individual Therapist
Welcome. My name is Brittany Collins and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with professional experience in child welfare, corrections, and medical social work. These diverse settings have allowed me to work with individuals from many walks of life and better understand the complexities people face during difficult transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe healing happens through trust, openness, and compassion. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and vulnerable space where you can openly share your unique experiences without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move forward on your mental health journey.
Adolescents & Teens
If you or your child are in middle or high school and are feeling like it is an emotional minefield, I'd love to be the person to help answer questions like, “Who am I?”, “Where do I belong?”, or “How do I handle all the pressure?”. These questions are completely normal—and can be so overwhelming. I help young people build confidence, improve relationships with parents, navigate the intense world of social media, manage school stress, embrace body changes, and discover their own unique identity. Together we practice saying what you like (and don’t like), identifying what you truly need, communicating emotions clearly, and regulating big feelings—even when you’re not sure what you’re feeling or why. My goal is to help you leave each session feeling more grounded, more self-assured, and better equipped to create a life that feels authentically yours.
Older Adults and Caregivers
Later life brings its own profound transitions—losing a spouse, becoming a caregiver, adjusting to assisted living, or simply figuring out what “normal” looks like now. I offer a safe, understanding space for older adults (and the adult children who love them) to grieve, rediscover purpose, and build a new version of daily life that feels meaningful and manageable.
